He is the past president of The Association of Professional Investment Consultants and, in 2004, he was awarded the prestigious Tom Gorman Award, which recognizes service, stewardship, and commitment to membership. Mr. Stoker also earned the Harry Irvine Award for ethics and commitment to clients in 1997, the Smith Barney 401(k) Consultant of the Year Award in 1993, and Smith Barney’s Consulting Group’s Professionalism Award in 1992. Active in the community, he has served on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations and he currently serves on the board of an educational institution. Mr. Stoker holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arkansas and an A.A. from the New Mexico Military Institute. He received a Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance, and he is a CFA candidate. |

Mr. Dow joined WaterStreet Investment Consultants in 2007 as an Operations Analyst. In this capacity, he is responsible for creating monthly performance reports, preparing quarterly performance reviews, and maintaining operational software. Director of Sales and Marketing. In this capacity, Mr. Biggart develops and implements business development initiatives, and manages marketing communications and public relations. Prior to joining WaterStreet, he was Vice President of Business Development at Saracen Energy Advisors. In this role, Mr. Biggart managed investor relations with prior, current, and prospective investors, which included domestic and international high net worth individuals, fund of funds, endowments, foundations, and public pensions. While at Saracen, Mr. Biggart developed strategic initiatives, including new fund launches and development of specialized products. Prior to Saracen, Mr. Biggart's investment background consisted of over four years with two private equity firms. First, as a senior analyst at Pacific Corporate Group - a private equity management and consulting firm and, most recently, as an Associate at Genesis Park - a Texas based private equity firm. Mr. Biggart's background includes the analysis of investments across a broad range of structures including venture capital, growth financing, leverage buyouts, mezzanine, and distressed debt. Mr. Biggart received an MBA from the Jones School of Business at Rice University and earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. |
